Are there any web applications included in the website hosting package?

There are over 200 web apps included in your Hosting package. These are easily installed by yourself, and include content management systems such as Magento and WordPress, e-commerce solutions and analytics tools, such as SmarterStats and Piwik.

Are there any hidden costs or cancellation fees?

There are no added costs or nasty surprises, you only pay for the recurring subscription fee. Likewise, if you decide that our services are not a good fit for your business, for whatever reason, you will not be charged for cancelling. Furthermore, if you cancel within the first 30 days you will receive your subscription fee back.

Do you offer AutoSSL or LetsEncrypt through the Hosting package?

The Plesk control panel includes LetsEncrypt, and on cPanel AutoSSL is included as standard.

What is a Hosted PBX?

A Hosted PBX is a private branch exchange (PBX) delivered as a hosted service. It’s also known as a Virtual PBX and the advantages companies that use it experience are the elimination of installation, operation and maintenance costs of their VoIP PBX as their VoIP service provider hosts their PBX for them.

Do I need to have an existing VoIP phone?

No, you do not need to have an existing VoIP phone. Since VoIP phones adhere to approved internet standards, you can bring your own, buy one, or lease one from us.

You can skip the desk phone entirely and use a soft phone on your desktop, laptop, or smartphone to complete calls over VoIP.

How do I get a quote?

Every job is different and individual. We like to give an accurate quote, so we find the best and easiest way to do this is to have quick chat with you.

What is the design process?

Once you are happy with your quote, we spend some time talking to you to get a feel for your business and learn how best to communicate your required material. We then design some rough drafts for you to look over. You choose the look you are happiest with and we take it from there – tweaking and refining the design as needed. Once you are completely happy with the graphic design and have approved it, we finalise the design. We prepare your print-ready artwork and that’s it. You are then ready to go to print or use your graphics for online use.

How do I connect my domain to the website hosting service?

When you sign up to our website hosting service, you will receive an email from one of our team with all of the information you will need to access your account.

If you have purchased a domain from another domain registrar, you will need to update your name servers to:

  • ns1.techspiresolutions.co.uk

In the next 72 hours, DNS propagation will set the relevant settings so that your website can be seen.
